After earning his BSc degree from the University of Durban Westville, South Africa, in 1987, with majors in Chemistry and Biochemistry, Kishan completed his Post Graduate qualification in Management Sciences in 1995. In 2016, Kishan achieved the Lean Six Sigma Black Belt status through the Six Sigma Management Institute, USA, under the guidance of Dr. Mikel Harry. He completed a Masters degree in Business Process Re-engineering through DUT 2020. Notably, he has submitted a thesis focusing on the restructuring of metal packaging recovery systems in South Africa for his Ph.D.
With an extensive background spanning nearly 35 years in training and consulting, Kishan specializes in Business Systems Design and Development, Quality Management Systems, Supply Chain Management, Business Risk Management, and Packaging Technology. Currently serving as the CEO of MetPac-SA, he has expanded his focus to include the circular economy of metal packaging in South Africa.
